About

PFT21 stands for Personal Fitness Training for the 21st Century. Now, that does not mean we’ve created new exercises or equipment for this program. We use tried and true exercises in a way that makes each daily exercise routine fresh and fun! It makes working out less of a chore and more of something to look forward to. And, today with so much stimuli around us and shorter attention spans, making the routines something to look forward to helps more people get to the gym to work out.

And, the only real way to get and stay in shape is by exercising and eating a healthy diet. PFT21 is a great way to get and keep people in aerobic and anaerobic shape at their own pace because our programs help people get to the gym consistently and training at least 3 times per week. It takes effort — there is no quick fix or shortcuts! But, the results are worth it!

PFT21 is different from other training programs you may have tried. While there are many good training programs out there to choose from, most have the same basic flaw: Follow a routine for a certain amount of time and then just keep repeating it. After a while, you either look for a new training program or you stop going to the gym because of a loss of motivation and interest. With PFT21, however, the exercises change to challenge your muscles and to prevent boredom. You can also increase or decrease the various program levels to accommodate your needs.

There are 170 exercises in the PFT21 program. We cover a large variety of exercises for 7 body parts, including: Chest, Triceps, Back, Biceps, Legs, Shoulders and Abs. We also incorporate Cardio into the program. The exercise descriptions we discuss are based on our personal experience with training developed over the past 20+ years. There may be slight variations of how you prefer to do certain exercises. Also, we are not saying that these are all the exercises in existence today. There are other exercises or variations of exercises that are beyond the scope of this program. But, one thing we can say for sure is that you will get a great overall workout with our program!

Remember, the only real way to get and stay in shape is exercising and eating a healthy diet. And, the best way to exercise is getting to the gym consistently and training at least 3 times per week. It takes work — there is no quick fix or shortcuts! But, the results are worth it! So, if you’re serious about getting and staying in aerobic and anaerobic shape, start your PFT21 Training today!
